At Wispy Willow Soap Co., every item is handcrafted with care. Because our products are made in small batches and used for personal care, we’re unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us — and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
🧼 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wispywillowsoapco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
💌 Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping time-frame, reach out to us at wispywillowsoapco@gmail.com so we can help track it down or assist with a claim.
🔁 Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped yet. Please email wispywillowsoapco@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us — we want you to love your Wispy Willow experience.
