Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Most packages within the United States arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Wispy Willow Soap Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or postal service disruptions.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to assist you. For damaged packages, please include photos of the items and packaging.

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
